PHILODENDRON TORTUM

Philodendron Bipinattifidum
Regular price£22.00

The Philodendron Tortum is also known as Philodendron Bipinattifidum, it is a very special and elegant plant. When a new leave emerges it starts in a light pink colour that turns green as it matures. It can resemble a palm leaf but we find it way more attractive than that. The leaves will increase size as the plant matures and can turn into a very impressive large plant.

CARE FOR YOUR PLANTS

LIGHT

These Philodendron prefer moderate to bright light, avoiding direct sunlight. It hates frost and any cold temperature.

water

These plants prefer evenly moist soil, not wet so allow it to dry out before waterings. It would rather be dry than have its roots too wet. Keep it slightly drier during Winter months.

care tips

Make sure to clean all leaves with a dry cloth – dust can affect its absorption of light. You can feed your plant 2-3 times during growing season with a balanced fertiliser.
