LIGHT

This plant likes bright indirect light. Keep this plant at a minimum of 21 degrees .

water

It prefers its soil to be kept moist but be careful to not overlong it and leave it too wet. A sign that your plants needs some water is drooping leaves.

care tips

This South American tropical plant requires a lot of humidity to imitate its native rainforest environment. A way of keeping the humidity high is to group several plants together or by sitting them on a tray of pebbles and water. Additionally, adding a humidifier to the room will do wonders. Keep this plant away from drafts and heating vents. It will leave best at a minimum of 50% humidity.

Make sure to clean all leaves with a dry cloth – dust can affect its absorption of light. You can feed your plant once a week during growing season with a balanced fertiliser. You won't need fertiliser during Winter.
